The Save to Account icon within the Property Control Panel is used when a homebuyer has zeroed in on a property and wants to easily reference it later. It signifies guaranteed repeat visits!

The icon triggers the Membership System service to add the specific listing into the homebuyer’s favorites. The homebuyer can save up to 500 properties this way, making it simple for them to earmark certain listings for future use. We have discovered married families use this feature quite often as it allows a spouse to easily reference favorite listings at a later time with their significant other.

If you have the Listing Saver Email Alert service, buyers will receive an automatic email if their saved properties experience certain changes such as price reduction or status change*.

If you have the backend Lead Profiler service, you can see what properties your members have saved and when they saved them. This allows you to better serve your clients since you can further understand what criteria are important to them.

When a homebuyer is viewing the details of a property, we want to ensure the buyer will contact you regarding the property, maximizing your odds of securing an escrow. We have identified every major point of contact that buyers incur and we have established a corresponding Lead Event Trigger. These Lead Event Triggers, such as Schedule a Viewing, Get Prequalified, or Request More Info, are organized into a property control panel that makes it easy and efficient for the homebuyer to contact you. The control panel itself will even automatically follow the buyer as they scroll down the page!

We recommend you maximize your Property Control Panel in your system selection and include as many Lead Event Triggers as possible. The Property Control Panel has a one-time activation fee of $100 and each Lead Event Trigger is only $50 thereafter.
