The Email A Friend icon within the Property Control Panel is used when a homebuyer wants to share a specific listing with their spouse, co-worker, colleague, or friend. The icon triggers an IDX Smart Form that prompts the homebuyer for their contact information and the contact information of their friend. Essentially, you let your customers become virtual billboards advertising your website to their friends, family members, and colleagues. Just watch your business grow!

When the buyer completes the form, your web service will immediately send an HTML autoresponder to the homebuyer's friend with a link directly to the listing at your website. Simultaneously, a lead will be sent directly to you containing the homebuyer's and friend's information. This lead can go to multiple email addresses, cell phones, SMS, and various 3rd party software. You will immediately get their contact information and the MLS# of the property they want to buy from you!

The IDX Smart Form will interface with your Membership System service. When a member is logged in to your web service, all the contact fields on this IDX Smart Form will already filled out - all your buyer needs to do is provide their friends information and click submit! When a homebuyer is viewing the details of a property, we want to ensure the buyer will contact you regarding the property, maximizing your odds of securing an escrow. We have identified every major point of contact that buyers incur and we have established a corresponding Lead Event Trigger. These Lead Event Triggers, such as Schedule a Viewing, Get Prequalified, or Request More Info, are organized into a property control panel that makes it easy and efficient for the homebuyer to contact you. The control panel itself will even automatically follow the buyer as they scroll down the page!

We recommend you maximize your Property Control Panel in your system selection and include as many Lead Event Triggers as possible. The Property Control Panel has a one-time activation fee of $100 and each Lead Event Trigger is only $50 thereafter.
